No cookies, no tracking

This application sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and has no user accounts. Your preferences (language, provider selection) are stored exclusively in your browser (localStorage) and are never transmitted to us.

Location (stays on your device)

On request, the map shows your location. Your browser asks for your explicit permission first; the position is used solely for local map display and is never transmitted to us or to third parties.

Retrieval of vehicle and zone data

To display availability, your browser directly queries the providers' open GBFS interfaces (Dott / Ride Dott B.V.; MyRadl / nextbike GmbH; Call a Bike via MobiData BW / NVBW). For technical reasons these providers receive your IP address (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — provision of the map you requested). We transmit no further data; vehicle and zone data are not stored.

Map display

Your browser loads the map tiles from basemap.de (German Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy, BKG). This also transmits your IP address for technical reasons (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Map data: © GeoBasis-DE / basemap.de and © OpenStreetMap contributors.

Hosting

The application is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, date/time, requested resource, user agent) to deliver the page and to fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place. We ourselves store no connection data.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to kontakt@moveradar.app, we process your details to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Delivery is technically routed through Cloudflare Email Routing as a forward to our mailbox.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
